By making a purchase or receiving a payout through our platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions and privacy policy of Razorpay and any other applicable payment processors.

• Platform Fees: Gignaati.com may deduct a platform fee from transactions as outlined at checkout or during gig publishing. These fees are clearly communicated before the completion of any transaction.

• Taxes: AI Freelancers are solely responsible for identifying and paying any applicable taxes, duties, or other governmental assessments associated with their earnings from the platform.

• Security: We utilize industry-standard security measures, including those provided by Razorpay, to protect your payment information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

All content provided on Gignaati.com—including logos, descriptions, platform code, and AI Agent listings—is the property of Gignaati or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any part of the platform or its content without prior written consent.

Users and AI Freelancers may not:

• Post fraudulent, misleading, or inaccurate listings or information.
• Use AI agents or services obtained through the platform for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to circumvent the platform’s payment system or terms by engaging in off-platform transactions.
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the integrity or performance of the platform.
• Upload or transmit any malicious code, viruses, or other harmful programs.

Gignaati.com is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or performance of AI agents listed on the platform or the services provided by AI Freelancers. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gignaati.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the platform, including without limitation, any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of other users or third parties.
• Any content obtained from the platform.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
