We’re a Real Estate outreach company looking to automate our B2B outreach process.(We’ve also posted another job for B2C outreach — feel free to check that one too if it fits your skillset!)We need someone experienced with n8n and Twilio (or similar automation platforms) to set up a workflow that automatically sends personalized WhatsApp or SMS messages to our contact list.

The Workflow Should:

• Fetch the contact list from Google Sheets (or CSV)

• Send personalized WhatsApp/SMS messages through Twilio

• Allow scheduling messages at a specific date/time or in small timed batches

• Capture and log delivery status (sent, delivered, failed)

• Collect and display replies back inside our CRM or Google Sheet

• Run smoothly in the background — no manual intervention needed after setup

Requirements:

• Proven experience with n8n automation workflows

• Familiarity with Twilio API for SMS/WhatsApp

• Knowledge of Google Sheets integration and webhooks

• Ability to build a robust and fault-tolerant setup

• Good communication and reliability
