Description

We are seeking a skilled freelancer to automate the process of sending WhatsApp messages whenever a Google Form is submitted. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Google Forms, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp automation tools (such as Twilio, WATI, WhatsApp Cloud API, n8n, or similar platforms).

Deliverables:

• Set up Google Form to trigger WhatsApp messages automatically upon submission

• Integrate WhatsApp API or automation tool with Google Forms (through Google Sheets or Webhooks)

• Ensure customized message templates (e.g., personalized with the user’s name or form responses)

• Test and validate that messages are sent reliably and without delay

• Provide clear documentation of the setup and workflow

• Optional: Set up error logging or notification system in case of failed message delivery

• Optional: Create a dashboard or log in Google Sheets to track sent messages and status

• Ensure compliance with WhatsApp’s policies and message templates

Requirements:

• Proven experience with automation tools (Zapier, n8n, Make, or custom API integrations)

• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API / Cloud API

• Experience working with Google Workspace automation (Apps Script or Webhooks)

• Ability to deliver a stable and scalable solution

• Good communication and documentation skills
